- Our furniture carries a one full year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The company reserves the right to replace the merchandise or issue a refund, and the warranty is limited to the original cost of the merchandise only.
- Because of the natural variations in the wood itself, and the fact that every piece in our product line is hand crafted, there will be slight variations in the color and carvings between pieces.
- Minimum order is $500.00, no minimum reorder.
- COD or Prepaid only on all first time orders.
- All orders are FOB Atlanta, Georgia.
- Late payments are subject to a 1.5 % per month late fee charge plus all collection fees.
- Any return must have a RMA or be subjected to a 20 % restocking fee plus all freight charges.
- Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before acceptance.
- Loss or damage during shipment is the risk of the purchaser. If something should occur during shipment, the customer can file the claim directly with the transportation company.
